You will be creating a modern beginner friendly quilt that packs a lot of punch! The technique involved in this skill building class is learning how to use your rotary cutter and ruler to create quilt blocks. We will create a quilt top, learn pin basting, and discuss basic machine quilting. This is a great class for any quilting skill level. No prerequisites are required!
Supply List:
Fabric Requirements For a Baby Quilt 48" x 48":
- One Pack of Solid or Prints of !0" Precuts- if you don't have precuts, you can substitute with Fat Quarters.
- Background Fabric: 1 1/4 yards
- Backing Fabric: 3 1/4 yards
- Binding Fabric: 1/2 yard

- Sewing machine in good working order, if you need to reserve a machine please call the store in advance to set this up
- 50 weight cotton sewing thread
- Size 80 sewing Needle
- Glass head pins
- Sewing snips
- 45mm Rotary Cutter
- Small self healing mat
- Acrylic ruler measuring at least 3" x 12"
